Responsibilities:
- Posting and control of customer payments from bank statement on daily basis
- Customer account receivable balance reconciliation
- Daily cash intakes posting and reconciliation with cash payments on bank statement
- Promissory notes process control/report and execution
- Netting process control/report and execution
- Daily communication with customers and Sales team
- Reporting (to Sales and Credit Control team)
- Analyze of main AR KPIs (overdue and DSO)
Qualifications:
- Education: Recent graduate of Faculty of Economics or other related field
- Previous experience in Controlling/Finance preferred
- Knowledge of SAP desirable
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel desirable
- Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English
