We are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Risk Supervisor to join our team at the Knowledge Center. This role is essential in managing credit risk, minimizing bad debt, and supporting financial health for assigned companies.
- Assist the Finance Director in achieving compliance and risk management targets
- Manage Credit Risk Analyst staff
- Coordinate with Credit Insurance for coverage
- Review financial statements and conduct in-person visits with customers
- Liaise with Branch Managers, Area Controllers, and Sales teams
- Maintain accurate business records and sound bookkeeping procedures
- Develop and analyze credit reports and financial statements
- Host learning webinars via the KN Learning Platform
- Provide support for business health queries and risk alerts
- Collaborate with Collections Managers
- Validate business cases for local and global CFOs
- University degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related fields
- The English language is mandatory, and knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus
- Risk Management designation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance and Credit functions
- Minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience
- High competence in financial analysis and corporate insurance underwriting
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High standards of confidentiality
