Requirements:

  • Working experience or knowledge of ITIL
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud services, and Information Security
  • English Language: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • German Language: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Request Management practices
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc reporting concerning Incidents, Problems and Service Requests
  • Perform cross-functional work with relevant service line teams, subcontractors and vendors
  • Manage continuous improvement of Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Request Management practices
  • On-call duty
