Your Role:
As a Customer Care Advocate at Veta Virtual, you will be the friendly and professional voice of our clients, enhancing their customer experiences through outstanding phone call management. You will:
- Manage calls professionally for a diverse range of businesses and professionals.
- Accurately take and promptly deliver messages with a touch of flair.
- Book appointments using user-friendly software like Calendly, making scheduling a breeze.
- Transfer calls efficiently, following established protocols and adding your friendly touch.
- Address callers' needs with empathy and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with our team to continuously improve service quality and inject fun into our processes.
What We're Looking For:
We value dynamic talent and proven experience. To join us, you MUST have:
- Advanced English skills - C1 or C2 Level.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- An outgoing, energetic, and passionate personality and attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of English.
- A sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
- Proficiency in computer software and a quick learning ability.
- A quiet work environment and reliable equipment.
- A stable internet connection and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
- Availability for a 9-hour shift between 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
