Project description:
You will be a part of customer support team of our core product, which is an super app that is domestically developed. As a Customer support operatie, you will be the bridge between development team and customers.

- Comfort with working on PC and over phone
- Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills
- Being a team player
We really need you to have these skills:
- Know-how to follow pattern but improvise if necessary
- Punctuality and technicality in communication with dev team
- Problem-fixing skills
- Ability to multi-task and keep tabs on tasks
- Kindness in communication with clients
But we would desire to have these skills as well:
- Understanding of SDLC
- Systematic approach to problems
- Lots and lots of patience
