What we will expect from you:
- Training, mentoring, coaching primarily of new, but for existing frontline employees as well, in order to reach all Customer Care values, standards and policies and deliver all business goals
- Supporting new frontline employees through the job onboarding process in the first several months on the position
- Evaluating quality of work with recognizing employees' areas of improvement and working actively to improve it
- Creating individual or group development short - midterm plans for employees in cooperation with Operationsꞌ Team Leaders and Managers
- Creates feedback loops for all training, implementing received inputs and enhancing training quality
- Improves work processes and procedures, recognizes gaps and improvement opportunities in all activities, proposes and delivers improvement
For a good start, you will need:
- College Degree/High School
- Preferable previous experience in the telecommunications industry
- Preferable background in adults’ educations, mentoring, etc.
- Fluency in English
- Advanced PPT skills
