What we will expect from you:

  • Training, mentoring, coaching primarily of new, but for existing frontline employees as well, in order to reach all Customer Care values, standards and policies and deliver all business goals
  • Supporting new frontline employees through the job onboarding process in the first several months on the position
  • Evaluating quality of work with recognizing employees' areas of improvement and working actively to improve it
  • Creating individual or group development short - midterm plans for employees in cooperation with Operationsꞌ Team Leaders and Managers
  • Creates feedback loops for all training, implementing received inputs and enhancing training quality
  • Improves work processes and procedures, recognizes gaps and improvement opportunities in all activities, proposes and delivers improvement

For a good start, you will need:

  • College Degree/High School
  • Preferable previous experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Preferable background in adults’ educations, mentoring, etc.
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced PPT skills
