- Ensuring the delivery of the best customer experience in every interaction.
- Proactively presenting products and generating interest in the website's assortment, aligned with customer needs and preferences.
- Identifying problems and providing prompt and effective solutions while maintaining high service quality.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about the company's products, services, and procedures.
- Performing additional tasks and activities as directed by the immediate supervisor.
