As Customer Care Specialist you effectively support all tasks related to sales and customer care for Serbian clients.
YOU WILL:
- Manage all customer onboarding process until customer is activated
- Other administrative support - preparing contracts, cards ordering all other necessary documents, reporting and data collection
- Tolls - registration, communication with toll providers, solving issues
- Dealing with internal systems including CRM, Navision etc.
- Manage Jira tickets for all work orders, being in active touch with colleagues from other departments to resolve operational issues
- Other systems and SW applications, which might apply
- Answering customer and partner inquiries directly where possible
- Interacting with HQ CC staff on resolution of incidents/questions
- Supporting customer specific reports
YOU'LL NEED:
- Experience as Customer Care Specialist or similar customer support is a plus
- Fluent Serbian, good command of English
- Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, MS SharePoint
