Job Responsibilities:
1. Proficient in using online chat tools such as Telegram, Discord, etc., and able to handle the users’ consultation and other related services in a good manner;
2. Familiar with the functions of the platform and able to respond to users’ questions professionally
3. Keep records of routine work problems, and classify them accordingly;
4. Familiar with community management and operation;
5. Other daily tasks related to the position of customer service;
6: Proficient in using Office Software;
7: Have a good typing speed in English, above 50 words per minute;
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, fresh graduates are also welcome;
2. Experience in after-sales service or customer service is preferred;
3. Have a good service awareness and professionalism, a good team player and capable of working under pressure
4. Strong adaptability and coordination skills, able to deal with emergencies independently;
5. Have a clear mind, quick thinking, excellent service awareness, and perform work patiently and meticulously;
6. Proficient in English, can use English as mother tongue.
