Azenda PTY LTY is looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Care and Phone Support person to join our remote team based in Serbia. We are a professional resume writing company that provides top-quality resumes, cover letters, and customized documents to clients worldwide.

As a Customer Care and Phone Support person at Azenda PTY LTY, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all incoming calls, emails, and online chat enquires are handled efficiently and effectively. Here are some more details about the specific duties you would be expected to perform:

Answering all incoming calls: You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally. You will need to be able to provide accurate and helpful information (including service quotes) to clients and customers who call in with questions or concerns.
Providing service quotes to clients: You will need to be able to provide accurate and timely service quotes to clients who request them. This will require you to have a good understanding of the company's services and pricing structure.
Replying to emails: You will be responsible for responding to all customer emails in a timely and professional manner. You will need to be able to provide accurate information and address any concerns or issues that customers may have.
Answering online chat enquires: You will be responsible for handling all online chat enquires that come through the company's website. This will require you to have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide helpful and accurate information to customers.
Providing guidance on document requirements: You may need to provide guidance to clients on the types of documents they need to provide for a particular service. This could involve explaining the requirements for different types of resumes, cover letters and selection criteria (all training for this will be provided).
Project managing the workload: You will need to be able to manage your workload effectively and efficiently to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. This will require you to have excellent organisational and time management skills.

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent written and spoken English (C2)
  • A degree qualification (complete) in any discipline
  • Higher Education (i.e., Masters/Ph.D.) is desirable
  • High-level business communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Previous experience with an international company is desirable
  • Reliable laptop, mobile phone, and internet connection
