Customer Relationship Management in Telenor is about engaging customers to provide value to the business. We focus on data and insights to provide personalized experience to customers. We craft and deliver campaigns and communication that drive customer interaction with us.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop effective communications that engage Telenor customers across available channels
- Use insights to formulate campaign strategies for the right customers in the right channels; to deliver effective timing and messaging; to develop the most engaging touchpoints
- Collaborate with other departments across company, to ensure the customer engagement initiatives work frictionless
- Work hand in hand with data science team to capture engagement opportunities from available customer data
- Coordinate and support growth of digital engagement platform on My Telenor App
- Find partnering opportunities and negotiate new partners to support customer offering
- End to end responsibility over CRM initiative/project being managed from idea to launch
- Perform analysis and appropriate measurements of CRM initiatives
- Have a holistic approach to customer offering: continuously work on improving offering and ensuring smooth offer presentation and activation for the customer
- Partner across Commercial division teams to develop approaches and offerings to engage and deepen Telenor relationship with the customers
For a good start, you will need:
- University degree, preferably in business or engineering, MBA will be considered as a plus
- 4-5 years of work experience in marketing/product development in a customer focused environment
- Strong presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Great attention to detail coupled with sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
- High level of personal integrity
- Proactive and self-driven person with can-do attitude
- Fluent in English
