As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of client satisfaction - From managing reservations to resolving inquiries with finesse.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently processing reservations: Accurately handle reservation requests, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
  • Coordinating logistics: Effectively manage chauffeur and vehicle dispatch, guaranteeing seamless travel experiences for clients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service: Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any concerns with a positive approach.
  • Building client relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and exceeding their expectations.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) at a C1 or C2 level.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work within a scheduled environment, including weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills: Convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical aptitude: Proficient in using computer software and applications relevant to the role.
