This is leading to the creation of a new generation of nanoaugmented materials and end products, whose previously unobtainable properties will become the standard for consumer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the products meet quality requirements.
  • Contribute and coordinate resolution of product quality issues raised by customers and follow required problem-solving methodology (e.g. 8D) by engaging proper functions into problem solving process.
  • Maintain customer complain registry.
  • Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests.
  • Participate in product quality planning and control process (APQP) based on customer’s specifications and requirements.
  • Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product’s quality.
  • Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers.
  • Train and guide quality management team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.
  • Assist in new product development activities (APQP) to avoid quality issues.
  • Prepare and maintain product quality documentation based on ISO specifications.
  • Cooperate with Production Quality Engineer to develop product quality processes based on ISO standards.
  • Mange and coordinate customer ISO audits.
  • Work with Quality Managers to improve quality management system based on customers audit results.
  • Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • MS Office proficient.
  • Proficient in English and local language.
  • Minimum of a Bachler’s degree with a Quality Management, Engineering, Commodity Sciences, Chemistry or related.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems ISO 9001 and IATF 161949.
  • Internal Auditor certificate ISO 9001 and / or IATF 16949 will be an asset.
  • 2+ years as Quality Engineer in Quality Department in production environment or in Customer Satisfaction Role.
  • Experience in chemical industry will be an asset.
