Customer Service Agent

Contact Service (www.contactservice.info) is looking for a new team member to join our exceptional Customer Service Team in Serbia for one of our clients in the ground transportation industry!

As a Customer Service agent, you will:

• handle call answering, assist clients with any service requests and resolve complaints using different channels (phone, email, chat, text)
• utilize company software for creating and modifying reservations, and employ mapping software for precise distance estimation
• be processing Online Quotes and bookings through booking software
• communicate with drivers and passengers about pick-up information, update trip status, and ensure safe arrivals at desired drop-off locations
• collaborate with other departments to guarantee vehicle availability for events, verify details, remote bookings, and fares
• perform additional duties as assigned

You should apply immediately if:

• you have at least 1 year of call-center experience (black car service/limo experience will be considered an advantage)
• you are proficient/native in English
• you can work full time in shifts and weekends (late afternoon and night shifts Serbian time)
• you are an advanced PC user
• you are a person with high level of customer service skills
