Full Job Description
- Able to handle English speaking customers and communicate answers, solutions and next steps so that customer concerns are fully addressed
- Assist customers via phone, chat and email with questions, request and complaints
- Submit reports, follow up requests and resolutions regarding customer calls
- Remain courteous and patient while addressing customer complaints in an efficient manner
- Work with Coworkers, Managers and Drivers to resolve issues as they arise
Skills
- Exceptional Verbal Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills
- Beginner to Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Ability to Multi-Task, Prioritize, Manage Time, and Work in a Fast Paced Environment
