Full Job Description

• Able to handle English speaking customers and communicate answers, solutions and next steps so that customer concerns are fully addressed
• Assist customers via phone, chat and email with questions, request and complaints
• Submit reports, follow up requests and resolutions regarding customer calls
• Remain courteous and patient while addressing customer complaints in an efficient manner
• Work with Coworkers, Managers and Drivers to resolve issues as they arise
