Rhein Solutions d.o.o. (founded 1.1.2016. in Belgrade) is a service provider which provides administrative and IT-services to our foreign partners.
Currently we have a requirement to fulfill several positions for a renowned Italy-based IT-company. Therefore, knowledge of Italian language is a must!
We are looking for:
Customer Service Representative (Helpdesk) for Italian and English language - (m/f)
- Provide first level technical support for various sales-related equipment (servers, POS, cash tills, etc.)
- Answer inbound calls in support of on-site field technicians
- Escalate/forward to second level support in case ticket cannot be resolved immediately
- Fluent written and verbal communication in both Italian and English are required
- Practical experience Customer Support
- Excellent communication skills
- Well developed client-orientation
- Proficient computer user (MS Office, Internet browsers)
- Working proficiency knowledge of Spanish, French and/or Portuguese is an advantage
