Responsibilities:

• Manage email and chat communication with customers for a male skincare product line
• Communicate with customers located in North America
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Create reports and use communication channels as requested
• Collect data and compile reports pertaining to operations
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

The requirements for the position are as follows:

• Excellent English speaking and writing proficiency
• Proven experience in a customer support role, minimum 1 year
• Familiarity and experience with E-Commerce service platforms is an asset
• High School degree
• Excellent communication skills along with active listening
• Sociable and friendly personality
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Ability to work in a day shift from 1PM to 9PM
• Fast typing/Word processing at 35 WPM or higher
