Customer Service Specialist
Location: Remote
Main responsibilities:
- Daily customer contact through email, phone,
- Processing customer orders for maintenance services,
- Updating customer data to ensure the accuracy of internal records,
- Ensuring an effective communication within internal departments,
- Cooperation with subcontractors in order to provide customers with requested services,
- Handling issues and following the designated escalation path.
Position requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position,
- Very good command of English,
- Good command of French,
- Previous experience in a customer service experience position in the retail or maintenance industry is desirable,
- Excellent organization of working time, including very well priorities setting,
- Problem-solving skills and proactiveness and attachment to details,
- Fast comprehension and analytical and structured way of working.
