the position of Customer Service Specialist

Job description:
- Perform operational tasks to process customer orders
- Dispatching and logistics of the drivers and trucks
- Daily communication with clients and colleagues
- Handle customer complaints and resolve the issues effectively
- Effectively respond to customer requests by phone, email and/or chat
- Organizing of loading trucks
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum IV level of education
- Fluency in the English language
- Knowledge of MC Office is a must
- 2-3 years of professional experience in export, dispatching, organization of loading a trucks
- Ability to easily adapt and work under pressure
- Ability to multitask and keep track of several issues simultaneously in a timely manner
- Communication Skills (able to maintain professional and effective communication with customers and colleagues)
