We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Beograd. The role involves supporting clients, ensuring clear communication and efficient management of orders and complaints.

 CS specialist tasks

• Processing orders accurately and on time, as well as communicating with customers via phone and in writing
• Receiving various requests and providing information about products, received orders, or complaints
• Entering orders into the system and issuing approvals
• Working with internal systems necessary for business operations
• Handling complaints – receiving, processing, issuing approvals, communicating with customers and production, and managing complaints in the internal system
• Closely collaborating with other company departments
• Preparing and analysing relevant reports based on supervisor specifications
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

The candidate must also have:

• knowledge of the English language, written and verbal
• previous experience/knowledge with ophthalmic lenses and optical equipment
• computer skills (Microsoft Office, the Internet and Outlook)
• a friendly, impartial and flexible approach to work related tasks;
• working experience on the same or similar position (a preferable requirement);
• strong organizational and time management skills
• good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• an eye for detail and neatness
