Most clients are located in France, Germany, Benelux.
We are looking to add an experienced customer service person FOCUSING ON FRENCH SPEAKING MARKET to reinforce our team.

Duties and Expectations
- Manage and execute all aspects customer relation from
- Calling clients after fairs
- Making the offer
- Making the follow up calls
- Getting the actual order
- Negociating buying prices with printers and tin box factories mainly located in Serbia, Poland , Turkey and China.
- Placing order at partner factory
- Following up all artworks given by client to make sure final product is up to client expectations.
- Confirm delivery time
- Make delivery note
- Make invoice
- Attend 4 fairs per year mainly in France and Germany
- Visit clients mainly located in France / Benelux / Germany physically 5 to 8 weeks per year
Experience and Skills
- Experience in customer service of minimum 2 years
- Fluent in French (no accent when French is spoken) for customer service 1
- Fluent in German (no accent when german is spoken) for customer service 2
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 2 years university degree
- Can work autonomously
- Result driven

Job Benefits
- Net salary of 550 euros per month
- 50 euro per day for travelling abroad
Potential for annual bonus based on individual performance of 1 to 3 months salary.
