If you join our team as a Customer Success Executive, your role will be to ensure our clients get the most out of our aviation intelligence platform.

You'll guide them through onboarding, provide training, offer ongoing support, and strengthen relationships to drive renewals.

This isn't a typical support role, it’s about taking initiative, understanding customer needs, and working closely with them to maximize the value of our solutions.

In this role, you will be looking after our clients in the Americas and the UK, as well as a couple of other, smaller countries in similar time zones.

You will be based in our Belgrade office with regular travels (3 to 4 times a year) to the US and the UK for client visits, tradeshows and other events.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 12:00 till 20:00, and 09:00 to 17:00 on Fridays to align with the time zones of our customers.

Since building relationships is a key part of the job, regular travel to industry conferences and client meetings is required, so a driver’s license is necessary.

The package includes a base salary, shift allowance, and a sales commission structure designed to reflect your success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Customer Onboarding & Training – Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use ch-aviation’s data solutions.
  • Account Management – Maintain regular contact with clients, addressing their questions, gathering feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Retention & Renewals – Drive customer satisfaction and ensure annual subscription renewals by demonstrating the ongoing value of our products.
  • Proactive Support – Monitor customer engagement, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to maximize usage and satisfaction.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling – Identify opportunities to expand customer usage by introducing relevant features or additional products.
  • Customer Advocacy – Act as the voice of the customer within ch-aviation, sharing insights to improve our offerings and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Travel & Client Meetings – Regularly attend industry conferences and visit customer offices to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and drive retention.

You are the person we are looking for if:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in similar roles in B2B sales (e.g., customer success, account management, sales, or related fields)
  • Your English is excellent, and you have no issues communicating in English (on a call, in person, or over email)
  • You enjoy building relationships and ensuring customers succeed with a product
  • You can think strategically and assess a situation from different angles while keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • You're organized and proactive, able to manage multiple client relationships effectively
  • You know how to stay focused and work independently while also being a strong team player
  • Most of all, you would like to be a part of the aviation industry (it can already be a passion of yours, or you can be motivated to join; you’ll tell us all about it in your cover letter ?)
  • You are not afraid of driving on American highways. ;-)
