We are looking for a proactive individual who has interest in gambling and who is customer and goal oriented, to work in customer support center.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient interaction with a variety of online systems
- Effectively respond to customer requests and questions by phone, chat and email
- Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints
- Following operational procedures in every contact with the customer
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage
- Previous customer support experience is a mandatory
