Job Description:
As a Customer Support Agent in the online gambling industry, you will be the front line of our customer service team, providing exceptional support to our players. You will assist customers through various channels, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive gaming experience. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, providing information about online gambling products, troubleshooting technical issues, crediting bonuses, checking bets and turnover, processing transactions, and verifying documents.
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in using LiveChat or Zendesk for customer support.
- Knowledge of online gambling products, softwares and services.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues related to online gambling platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer situations calmly.
- Strong problem-solving skills to provide quick and effective resolutions.
- Adaptability to changing customer needs and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via LiveChat, email, or other communication channels.
- Provide information about online gambling products, promotions, and account-related matters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to improve processes and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the online gambling industry.
- Proficiency in using LiveChat or Zendesk for customer interactions.
- A solid understanding of online gambling products, softwares and services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer needs.
- Fluent in English at a minimum B2 level.
- Bachelor's degree required.
