You already have a lot of experience in Customer Support and you are considered as a senior agent?

If you know how to handle things and how to answer on tricky questions, along with excellent soft skills which you will use both to lead a shift with your junior colleagues and to finish required work in a timely manner we would consider you as a valuable asset to our team.
