Customer Support Manager (Evening/Night Shifts) — Belgrade Office

Royal Advertising is a fast-growing Russian entertainment company with a strong technological stack. We're actively developing our product across the CIS, European, and Latin American markets.

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our support team for evening and night shifts.
We’re building a team in Belgrade, so it’s important for us that you’re ready to work onsite at our office.

If you have at least 6 months of experience in customer service, speak English at B1 level, and are willing to work from the office, there’s a 90% chance this position is a perfect fit for you!

 
What you’ll be doing:

Communicating with users via online chat (no calls!) in English and Russian
No technical knowledge required — we’ll train you!
Most questions are related to how the platform works. You’ll have scripts and guides for FAQs.
 
Schedule:

8-hour shifts, 5 days a week with rotating days off:

07:00–15:00
15:00–23:00
23:00–07:00 (we are actively hiring for this shift!)
 
What we’re looking for:

Strong written English (Russian is a plus)
Willingness to work night shifts (office location: New Belgrade, Airport City area)
At least 6 months of customer service experience (call center, restaurant, retail — any role where you interacted with customers)
Fast learner with good memory
Confident PC user
Proactive, communicative, and responsible
Detail-oriented and positive-minded
