We are looking for a:
Customer Support Representative (German-speaking)
- Role responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries through customer Support software (1st line of support);
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Keeping track of support tickets and timely communication to appropriate parties.
- Your Skills:
- You speak German and English fluently;
- You like to talk to clients and teammates;
- You are used to working on the computer (internet, Office, Zendesk);
- You like to work, and you are optimistic;
- You are service-oriented, patient-friendly and customer support is important to you;
- You have experience in achieving results working under pressure
- You have the willingness to go the extra mile in order to achieve results
- You like to learn;
- You like to complete your tasks by EOD.
