We are looking for:

Customer Support Specialist to commercially support our location in Berlin. MTU Maintenance Berlin-Brandeburg is a renowned company specializing in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines offering exceptional expertise and state-of-the-art facilities. The Customer Support Specialist is the link between MTU's broad internation-al customer base and its internal specialist departments in the commercial business. It represents the interests of the customers internally to the same extent as it represents the company externally. The highest level of customer satisfaction and the sustained successful execution of customer contracts are his priorities.

Tasks

• Prepare Escalation Letters for contracts and setup contract conditions in SAP
• Cost Estimate / Invoice support
• Creation of cost estimates in accordance with contact during a shopvisit
• Preparation of invoices in accordance with contact after a shopvisit

• Follow up on payment due dates. Alert Customer Account Manager on over-dues and prepare overdue notifications for customers
• Coordination of the internal company divisions to ensure optimal commercial support
• Ensuring and expanding customer satisfaction
• Preparation of the Scrap review after the Shopvisit and support with logistics to on establishing material lists, return material to customer or support salva-tion process.
• Management of customer contracts with the objective of profitable processing cooperation or management of projects

Requirements

• Completed studies, e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, General Management
• Several years of experience, desirable in customer account management
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, e.g. Excel, Outlook
• SAP knowledge
• Very good English language skills
• Eloquent communication skills and diplomacy in dealing with customers
• High level of commitment, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Strong networking skills
• Independent working style
• Strong affinity for numbers
