Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers via email, handling up to 200 emails daily with professionalism. This role is part-time with strong potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer emails with accurate and courteous support.
- Resolve issues and inquiries effectively.
- Provide product/order information clearly.
- Track customer interactions and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred).
- Excellent written English and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high email volume with accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills, reliable internet, PC with webcam.
