Job description:
- Communication with customers to guide them through iGaming platforms
- Using chat to provide assistance and advice in an easy-going manner
- Responding to customer needs and concerns and providing professional, friendly support via LiveChat only
- Reviewing queries from customers regarding several topics including technical issues, verification, and betting queries
- Collaboration with other internal teams
- Maintaining deep internal knowledge of all company products
Requirements:
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English
- At least 1-year experience in customer support
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Problem-solving abilities
- Competent literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced digital environment
- Good understanding of the internet and technical concepts
- Laptop and stable internet connection
An advantage:
- Experience in iGaming or Betting
- Sportsbook knowledge
- Fast typing
- Experience in different communication tools (Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, LiveChat)
