We are looking for agents that speak both languages English and Czech Customer Service Agents into our remote workforce.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
Responsibilities
- Over - the- phone customer service
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Fluency in Czech and English is a must
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work

- Intel Core i3 at least 5th 6th Gen
- 8 GB RAM
- LAN Internet connectivity
- USB Headsets
- Internet Speed Test: 8-10 MB both upload and download
