Data Analyst (Entry Level)

To further strengthen our Commission Management team, we are seeking a Data Analyst to help drive our mission forward.

Main Tasks:

• Ensure the accuracy and plausibility of reported holdings through meticulous reconciliation processes, facilitating precise commission calculations and periodic payments for Acolin's diverse clientele.
• Conduct thorough monitoring, verification, and plausibility checks on reported holdings data.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of all relevant units with third parties, including transfer agents and clearing organizations.
• Efficiently generate and dispatch periodic invoices for Acolin's Distribution Network Man-agement service.
• Engage in vital Data Management activities, encompassing quality assurance and meticulous data completeness control.
• Provide critical support to the CRM team by promptly addressing and effectively resolving customer inquiries.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and timeliness, aiming to en-sure a positive customer experience.
• Take proactive steps to mitigate reputation and liability risks in interactions with distribution and cooperation partners.
• Participate actively in periodic team meetings and contribute to project-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for verifying the plausibility of reported holdings data and overseeing accurate commission calculations and periodic payments.
• Conduct rigorous monthly reconciliations and verification procedures with third parties to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain consistent communication by creating and sending invoices for Acolin's Distribution Network Management service.
• Execute essential Data Management tasks, focusing on data quality assurance and ensuring comprehensive data sets.
• Provide timely and effective support to the CRM team to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to uphold a positive customer experience.
• Proactively manage reputation and liability risks in dealings with distribution and cooperation partners.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the finance and commissions industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, for data manipulation and analysis.
• Display a strong affinity for numbers, ensuring accurate financial reconciliations.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English being a necessity.
• Additional language skills like German, French, or Italian are considered valuable assets.
