• Real Estate online data research
• Data entry and processing
• Real Estate data analysis
• Additional Non-Real Estate web research
• Calling US-based Government and Non-Government entities when necessary

Requirements:

• Great internet research and data processing skills
• The candidate should have a good command of the English language preferably in an international environment where English was used as a working language
• The candidate’s background in real estate is welcome but it is not necessary
• You are a hardworking, resourceful, ambitious, and entrepreneurial person, always looking for an opportunity to add value to our processes
• We are looking for a persistent, quick, witty, internet-savvy person with the ambition and strong passion to learn and work in the real estate industryThe candidate should have the ability to manage priorities and multitasking capability
• Google Spreadsheets skills required
• Microsoft environment skills required (Windows, MS Office)

Computer requirements:

• Good internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mb download
• At least 4 GB of RAM memory (preferably 8 GB)
• Windows 10
• Webcam and Headphones
• Processor capable of supporting massive google spreadsheet data

Interviews in English will be conducted online, along with Excel and Internet research tests.
