We are a small, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing company. We’re looking for an independent, driven Database Assistant & Skip Tracer to join our team. Opportunity to learn the commercial real estate investing business, a chance to have a big impact at a small company, and great opportunities to move up in the company with good performance.
Strong performance is a must in this position. We are looking for 8 hours a day working eastern standard time hours from 9/10am- 5/6pm EST with an hour break in-between, Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze the data in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and sort/follow-up/update as requested. You will be instructed on how our CRM system works, but you MUST have advanced software skills to quickly become an expert in our particular system.
- Must have advanced knowledge of Google Sheets & Excel to be able to manage and manipulate data for mailing lists, email campaigns, text message campaigns, and ringless voicemail campaigns
- Use Google Calendar to create calendar planners for campaigns created
- Keep our CRM system up to date and create back-ups of data when needed
- Review and correct errors in our CRM
- Research property owners via multiple sites (Parlay, county land records, secretary of state, etc.) and help break down LLC to find true owners
- Use multiple skip tracing software applications
- Keep google drive folders updated and organized
- Respond to lender, title company, realtor requests
- Fill out contracts, disclosures, and other paperwork
- All other duties as assigned
Required qualifications
- Must be able to make phone calls to the US and participate in weekly video meetings. Company will setup ability for you to call but a fast, reliable internet connection you’ll have to provide at your cost.
- Must be extremely organized and extremely responsive
- Can handle high pressure, results focus boss & environment
- This a 40-50 hour a week job, each week- Mon-Fri 9/10am-5/6pm EST hours.
- Must be completely fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must have prior experience with Excel and data manipulation
- Must be familiar with gmail, google drive, google docs, google calendar
- Be able to learn and use a wide variety of new online software by watching videos and reading written instructions (i.e. teach yourself)
- This job is suitable for people with previous experience in one of the following, BIT (business information technology), key account management, operations, supply chain, project management
- Prior administrative and/or real estate experience a plus
Salary - $800-1000 USD based on experience.
