Delivery Coordinator

The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining Excel reports, including order management, inventory, billing, and shipping. These reports are fed data from multiple sources, including Oracle ES/ERP, and understanding WRP systems will be a large component of success. The new team member will work on global projects and solve problems in a creative and effective way, adapting global tools and techniques to local needs.

• Assisting in process documentation alignment
• Processing customer Sales orders and Repair Sales Orders including order entry, order maintenance and cancellation
• Providing order status as well as information around delays and other order-related issues
• Handling Product and Order Holds
• Handling Part Substitutions
• Working closely with other members of the Services Team to implement a multi-functional business solution
• Supporting the development of training and deployment
• Developing and support reporting activities across multiple Services Repair and Depot locations
• Other duties that may be assigned

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related education
• Knowledge Oracle ES/ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data integration).
• Proven ability to work with complex data sources and generate reports.
• Understanding of order management, inventory, billing, and logistics processes.
• Strong written and oral English Language communication skills

It would be ideal if you possess:

• Previous business-related experience of 1-2 years
• Experience with Oracle CRM modules (Depot Repair, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Material, Work in Process
