Dental Sales Representative - B2B

Position Title: Part-Time Dental Sales Representative B2B

Location: Remote (with training in Dubai)

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Dentist/Dental Technician to join our sales team as a Dental Sales Representative.

This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for business development, and client engagement.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential leads, promoting our products, and closing deals. This is a flexible, part-time role with commission-based compensation and a basic monthly allowance.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and connect with potential clients and business opportunities in the assigned region. 
• Present and demonstrate our products using samples provided by the company. 
• Follow-up and the close of sales deals in coordination with the company’s logistics team. 
• Achieve annual and month sales plans by closing deals with new customers and supporting regular customers. 
• Represent the company professionally in all engagements and communications.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system and provide regular updates to management.

Compensation & Support: 

• Commission on Sales: A competitive commission structure will be applied to all confirmed and paid sales referred by you. The final structure will be mutually agreed upon if shortlisted. 
• Monthly Allowance: A basic monthly allowance will be provided to help cover travel and incidental expenses. 
• Training Program in Dubai: Selected candidates will be invited to Dubai for initial training. The company will cover round-trip flight and accommodation. 
• Product Samples: You will be provided with product samples and Demo models to assist in demonstrating the offering to potential clients. 
• Ongoing Technical Support: Our specialists will be available to assist you with any technical or product-related questions, ensuring you are fully supported when engaging with potential clients.

Qualifications: 

• Practical experience as a Dentist/Dental Technician is a must. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
• Sales, marketing, or customer engagement experience is an advantage. - Fluency in Serbian & English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Driving License is a must.

Additional Information: 

• This is a freelance/affiliate-style engagement and does not constitute full-time employment.
• A contract will be signed after a successful probation period of 3 months.  
• There are no fixed working hours; performance is measured by activity and results.
