Department Assistant
Responsibilities
/ Streamline daily office operations, manage documentation, emails, and postal services
/ Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
/ Provide administrative support, ensuring timely information flow
/ Assist with financial and business forms, invoice management, and routine calculations for reports
/ Collect and input data for financial spreadsheets and manage database administration
/ Support event organization and handle other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
/ Bachelor’s degree or higher
/ Fluency in English
/ Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and Word in particular)
/ Understanding of corporate culture and procedures
/ Proactiveness, flexibility, responsiveness, politeness
/ Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
