Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring production safety and compliance with 6S standards
• Oversees the operational readiness of production, work organization, and achievement of targets
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives in all aspects of production, including process optimization aligned with new projects
• Coordinates, manages, and is accountable for production costs
• Develops and implements cost-reduction plans
• Responsible for overall production organization and fostering the implementation of company culture

Requirements:

• University degree (VII level of professional qualification)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software

• Strong leadership, organizational, coordination, and presentation skills
