We are currently looking for

Design Hub Coordinator

Based in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia

Design Hub EC&A is design center for Europe and Central Asia. As Design hub coordinator you would be responsible for all administration in finance, invoicing, HR and legal matters.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating monthly reports, invoicing and reporting to Finance department
  • Cooperating with all the Market Companies Design hub provides services to
  • Creating yearly budget and monitor monthly expenses
  • Taking part in KPI setting and creating monthly dashboards
  • Support forecasting of the job volumes and monitoring monthly realization
  • Drafting yearly contracts with Market companies and coordinating signing process
  • Create Purchase requisition for all purchases in Design hub
  • Reporting working hours, vacation days and sick leave to HR representative
  • Coordination and relocation of incoming jobs

For the good start, you would need:

  • Preferable bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Good computer skills (MS office, Outlook, …)
  • SAP R3 and BO experiences would be considered as an advantage
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Experience in working with foreign colleagues and suppliers
  • Knowledge of WCM tools would be considered as advantage
