- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT companies or large telecommunications/service providers
- Ability to create visual assets for both digital and print formats, including social media, presentations, and marketing materials
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; basic knowledge of InDesign and After Effects
- Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (e.g., Cinema 4D) or motion design is a plus
- Familiarity with Figma and UI design principles (e.g., website design using existing templates) is considered an advantage
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, feedback-driven process, balancing creative vision with tight deadlines
- Experience working in professional services environments
- Fluency in English
