Eagle Hills, as a prestigious company, for its Belgrade office, is looking for an experienced professional to fill the following position:

Development Manager

Main responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the development of strategic plans
• Leading, planning, controlling and directing the development process
• Monitoring the relationship between Project Costs and Income
• Participating and coordinating work with the management team to identify market trends that contribute to proposed Selling Prices, Rentals, Offers, Branding, Promotions and advertising strategies
• Participating in the preparation of the "Initial Business Plan" and the "Development Brief"
• Following on different tasks related to implementation of development objectives in business plans (design coordination, feasibility study preparation and update, sales and marketing follow up, site progress follow up)
• Monitoring the development progress to ensure that strategic and delivery targets are met
• Providing timely, accurate and complete reports to designated representatives
• Ensuring the delivery of goals and objectives, liaising and communicating with the Design and Delivery teams
• Providing stakeholder management through high level communication, negotiation and leadership skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Master’s degree or MBA would be considered an asset
• Solid 8 - 10 years of experience in designing and supervising urban mixed-use developments
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the field
• Commercial awareness and business management experience
• Ability to build strong relationships across varied teams of professionals
• Ability to provide project finance models, analysis and valuation
• Strong communication, negotiating and leadership skills
• Fluency in English
• PC literacy
