A Silicon Valley-based company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager with a strong technical background to join their team! In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to not only contribute to the growing market of cryptocurrency, but also ensure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Be ready to oversee the projects from their inception to completion, while closely working with the cross-functional teams!
Requirements:
- Educational background in Computer Science or related fields
- Advanced skills in either C++
- Leadership experience is a must
- Experience in providing support, feedback, and evaluating Junior developers
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, with the ability to rapidly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and frameworks
- Nice to have skills: Ruby on Rails, React, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, Objective-C
Responsibilities:
- Managing the team and evaluating their performance on a quarterly basis
- Identifying essential factors and metrics that affect pricing efficiency across multiple areas.
- Analyzing the connections between metrics and calculating correlation coefficients.
- Creating dashboards to address critical business and product questions.
- Detecting inefficiencies in the existing pricing system, dispatch processes, and overall product performance.
- Formulating hypotheses, implementing them, and measuring their subsequent impact.
- Researching + Behavioral analysis
Nice to have:
- 5 years of professional work experience in Software Engineering (Including leadership)
- Experience in iOS or Android Development
- Ability and proven experience to analyze and troubleshoot systems
- History of designing large-scale distributed systems
