Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of sales strategy in accordance with the company's goals and objectives.
• Planning and coordination of sales department activities.
• Definition and analysis of market trends and competitive environment.
• Interaction with the company's clients and partners.
• Management of key client sales and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Higher education in management, marketing or economics.
• Experience in sales.
• Deep knowledge of the market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and make strategic decisions.
• Native Turkish speaker.
• Knowledge of English OR Russian at the communicative level (C1 - Native).
