Digitization impacts every aspect of our life, banking is no exception. We are looking for Digital Banking and AI Specialist who will help us develop digital products that will enable our customers to use and get new banking services without leaving the comfort of their chairs, by applying the best practice in Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots.
Responsibilities
- Develop and share local expertise in usage of Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots
- Ensures deep understanding of the market and customers
- Contributes to the initiatives for activation of digital banking channels
- Reports on growth in own category and products
- Proposes new initiatives to improve performance and enable further growth
- Guides cross-functional team and ensures shared vision and direction
- Manages backlog and creates roadmaps in line with overall strategy
- Continuously defines and validates acceptance criteria of delivered solutions
- Plans product releases and sets expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Partners with Customer Service and other relevant functions to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value/ROI
- Partners with Marketing and CRM to develop rollout plans and marketing of the product
- Works with design experts to ensure quality UX
- Supports other functions in resolving related queries
Minimum qualifications
- 2Y+ of experience in building digital products, preferably in banking area
- Strong project management skills and experience, ideally in agile environment
- Faculty degree
- Hands on experience in usage of Artificial Intelligence and creation of Chatbots
- Good written and spoken English
