We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Content Creator  who will produce and deliver engaging and impactful content to provide a strong online presence. If you have a passion for storytelling, exhibition for design and ability to captivate audiences through various digital platforms, we would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead on the day-to-day management of our digital channels, including website, social media platforms, newsletters and SEO/SEM
• Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publication across digital platforms
• Plan and create informative and engaging content across all digital channels, that resonate with target audiences and align with platform algorithms, including the development of appropriate multimedia elements
• Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital channels/activities, including the use of search engine optimization, to drive greater engagement with target audiences
• Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
• Producing a variety of content types, including videos, blog posts, graphics, and podcasts, working with the internal design team when necessary
• Editing and refining content using digital tools to enhance quality and appeal

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in using digital content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.)
• Experience in managing online content and developing the online presence of an organization
• Experience in targeting the correct audience via social media by analyzing their demographics, interests, behaviors
• Understanding of or experience in developing email marketing campaigns
• Experience of video production, including filming, editing and delivering
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong and engaging writing style
• Collaborative, creative and proactive
