In addition, the Vibrant Skin Bar brand includes medical grade beauty and skincare product lines, ecommerce shop, and the Vibrant Vitality Clinic, offering a variety of hormone replacement, weight loss, IV and wellness therapies.
The Digital Design Specialist is a talented designer, able to utilize their visual creative skills to produce high-quality, results oriented digital and print assets for advertising, social media, product marketing, in-store signage, trade events and outbound marketing campaigns for the Vibrant Skin Bar and Vibrant Vitality Clinic consumer-based audiences.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and execute optimized digital ads, landing pages, thumbnails, email, and messaging assets to support multiple types of digital marketing campaigns, on various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads network, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Work with Marketing team to develop campaign concepts and strategies.
- Responsible for creating the visual assets that will be used for inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
Build, QA. A/B Test and Analyze campaign asset performance using existing portfolio of marketing, sales, and analytics toolsets.
- Create, deliver, edit, and optimize high-quality printed and electronic sales and product collateral.
- Ensure that published digital assets meet required marketing, campaign, and brand standards.
- Knowledge of current social media content formats and platform requirements to create and publish campaign optimized assets.
- Serve as point person for video related needs at trade events, scheduling on-site company resource(s) to record and deliver related segments such as, keynote speakers, product launches, promotions, and company initiatives.
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding for diverse creative styles and an ability to bring to life a final product that encompasses the marketing and stakeholder team’s vision using digital graphics, and innovative thinking and problem solving.
- Establishes and maintains out day-to-day communications with marketing and business team members, and project stakeholders to ensure that digital design project deadlines are effectively met.
- University Degree, in Arts, Visual Design (graphic design, web design) Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising or related field required.
- Two or more years of working digital marketing, graphic design, or web design experience.
- Applied and portfolio experience developing and designing creative messaging and content development for online marketing campaigns.
- Advanced Adobe CSS (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) software knowledge.
- Proficient SEO and link building skills.
- English language fluency (written and verbal mandatory).
- Proficient with CSS and HTML production.
- Previous experience in producing digital assets for medical and/or cosmetic procedures, beauty and skincare products, a plus.
- Ability to work with other internal teams in a variety of areas, including business/product, marketing, and editing/writing.
- Ability to work independently, under timelines with a high degree of creativity, organization, and professionalism.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees, including executive management.
- Ability to deliver content regularly and to meet deadlines.
