Are you a creative thinker and enthusiast for digital marketing trends? KWS is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team in Serbia. Reporting to the Lead of Marketing & Communications in Serbia, you will contribute to the promotion of KWS products and services using digital channels, with the goal to increase brand awareness, generate business opportunities and increase sales.
Tasks:
- Assistance in developing a marketing action plan and marketing budget.
- Participation in the creation and distribution of all online promotional material.
- Creation of the budget for online communication.
- Performing online marketing activities.
- Updating and expanding the contents of the KWS website on a weekly basis.
- Managing and monitoring social networks.
- Implementing, monitoring and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Planning and managing the execution of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Actively managing the paid advertising campaigns and Google Analytics.
- Managing the marketing database and all digital platforms (updating and monitoring).
- Managing myKWS platform, including promotion and further development.
- Measuring the success of digital marketing campaigns and reporting, including ROI (Return of Investment) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Assistance in conducting market research and analysis.
- Monitoring and analysis of the market environment and trends, evaluation of user needs, market conditions, products and activities of competing companies; defining target markets in online communication.
- Conducting or initiating marketing research to determine requirements for current and future products.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Supporting the sales team regarding proper customer relationship management
- Building customer satisfaction and loyalty through campaigns aimed at making the company the first choice and the first recommendation for farmers.
- Creating presentations.
- Creating presentations in line with the company’s image, in compliance with Corporate Standards, to promote products and services in the domestic market.
- Assistance in preparation of presentations for internal needs.
In addition to the above tasks, the position holder is obliged to perform all other duties that are in line with the nature of the work he/she performs, which may become necessary, as well as when the management requests it.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree from Faculty of Economics or other social profession.
- Minimum 1 year in the field of marketing, preferably in agriculture or related industry.
- Familiar with online communication and social network platforms.
- Familiar with different online editing tools (i.e. Canva, Adobe).
- Sufficient level of commercial expertise.
- Current business knowledge, especially in the field of marketing, media, online communication, Google Advertising, and social networks.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced proficiency in Serbian (as a local language) and English is required.
- B category driving license.

This is a full-time position based in our Belgrade office. This position requires 25% of travel (i.e. field work related to content creation).
