The Digital Operations Associate will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Operations and will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our global ecommerce platform(s) and branded Microsites. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has an innate curiosity, and a willingness to work with cross-functional teams to achieve success. The Digital Operations Associate should have a strong attention to detail and a growth mindset.
Specific Responsibilities
- Build product content, attributes, and metadata within our robust product catalog, using Content Management Systems (CMS) and front-end code (HTML and CSS).
- Ensure proper merchandising, taxonomy and positioning of products for the optimal shopping experience.
- Deploy product and brand content through CMS and directly onto HTML pages in support of campaign activities, while maintaining website standards and visual consistency by partnering with Marketing and Creative teams.
- Implement targeted and mass promotions, following best practices, and support reporting needs in collaboration with Marketing.
- Participate in backlog grooming, addressing bugs, tasks, content updates, metrics, queries and reporting, data requests via Jira Kanban board for management of deadlines, change requests, and other team tasks.
- Support performance optimization on marketing campaigns using data, metrics and reporting activities.
- Perform testing and QA activities on digital entities for accuracy and compliance with brand and product standards.
- Collaborate with our IT partners to make improvements in our tooling and systems.
- Recommend improvement opportunities, including but not limited to, process, site standards, or user experience.
- Build strong working relationships that drive efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility.
- Act as on-premise lead for local resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience within an ecommerce/digital environment
- Demonstrated experience working with an Enterprise Ecommerce Platform such as HCL Commerce (formerly IBM WebSphere Commerce), Magento, or similar.
- Experience with front-end code and Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Webflow and PyroCMS.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and work across departments to problem solve.
- Understanding of product information management principles for Ecommerce and experience with optimizing the shopping path via attribute management and merchandising.
- Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript, CSS, FTP, code editor (Ex. Dreamweaver) and graphics editor (Ex. Photoshop)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B Ecommerce operations
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira and ticketing system such as ServiceNow
- Exposure to UX insight and experience management tools such as GA4, Dynamic Yield, Full Story, Bazaarvoice, Feedbackify, etc.
