We are looking for a Digital Power Solution Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our FusionSolar Smart PV and SUN2000 series inverter solutions in the region. This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional with a strong background in energy solutions and a strategic mindset to influence market development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis and propose sales strategies and product roadmaps aligned with regional trends.
• Analyze technical demand, product functionalities, and licensing requirements specific to the regional market.
• Monitor and assess the solar inverter industry development trends and competitor strategies in the assigned territory.
• Verify technical solutions directly with customers and optimize them to maintain technological competitiveness.
• Design tailored solar and energy storage solutions based on customer specifications.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations with clients; support RFQ and RFP processes.
• Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and SOPs related to technical sales.
• Prepare project documentation, including BOMs and quotations; track purchase orders and manage technical correspondence.
• Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or EPC project execution, preferably in the energy sector.
• Solid understanding of inverter and/or energy storage technologies.
• Knowledge of regional energy policies, market evolution, and relevant industry standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong command of both English and Serbian (written and spoken).
