Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Deliver new value propositions by partnering with market challengers and visionaries
- Identify and select the right partner products to combine with tyntec products to achieve leading innovation
- Write, negotiate and review commercial terms of product partnership contracts
- Build and grow the relationship with international product partners on a day-to-day basis including first contact, regular review meetings and joint go-to-markets
- Challenge value propositions based on competitive profiling
- Train Sales and Marketing on new value propositions and products
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- Experience with managing SaaS products
- Recognition of combinatory effects when joining products / product portfolios
- Experience in competitor analysis and deriving value propositions
- Experience in contract negotiations
- Comfortable with relationship management
- Prioritising delivery speed over perfection
- Balanced between persistence and acceptance of failure
Following experience preferred:
- Experience with chatbot, call-centre, live chat, clientelling and/or CRM solutions
- Experience with campaign, loyalty, ordering and/or customer care use cases
- Experience in the eCommerce industry experience with mobile communications
